What should I expect?
Springfield is a growing vibrant church where everyone is welcomed and valued. We now have two congregations that meet in different places in Wallington. Our larger congregation meets at a Wallington High School; whilst our second one meets as a Cafe Church in Roundshaw. Having worked out which one to try we hope that the second thing that you will notice is the warmth of the welcome.

"There is something for every age. The kids work is brilliant - its great fun" (Wendy Littlemore) |
We aim to provide a high quality, fun experience for our children where they can learn about God at the same time as having an enjoyable time. |

"Worship at Springfield often stays with me throughout the week which gives me a very spiritual feeling of closeness to God" (Mike Cushion) |
Our music is modern, relevant and band-based, and forms a core part of our worship each Sunday. We aim for it to draw us into the presence of God. |

"I have been amazed in the way God has spoken to me so personally though the sermons at Springfield, on occasions it has seemed that the sermon has been aimed directly at myself and my relationship with God" (Rob Bosley) |
We look to make the teaching practical and we want to help you experience a life lived with God. |

"I love my cell group. It is a place that is welcoming, encouraging and challenging" (Jean Silvester) |
Community is very important to us. Small groups (which we call cells) are at the centre of this creation of community. They are places of care and nurture. Places where people can grow and care for others both inside and outside of Springfield. Places where the big questions of life can be looked at. |

It does not matter if you have never been to church before, at Springfield we welcome you as you are and hope you can find a place to belong. |
