Would your child enjoy a morning of God-filled teaching, games and activities every week?
Would you like to know they are well looked after in safe and experienced hands?
At Springfield, Wallington and Roundshaw congregations we have growing and exciting childrens Sunday clubs where every child is valued and nurtured in their understanding of God. We really encourage children to build their own relationship with God through age appropriate groups on Sunday mornings.
For Wallington we have a variety of children's groups. For tiny tots we have creche and Sparklers for children aged 3-5. For Primary school children in years 1-6 we have Roadrunners.
The Roundshaw congregation has a single children's group.
We want church to be exciting as well as challenging for our children– we want them to look forward to coming each Sunday.
Our children’s work is not only limited to the Sunday club, on the first Sunday of every month we have an all-age service where the whole church meet together for a talk with illustrations (such as a game or something interactive) and sometimes a drama.
There are also a growing number of activities for children in the local community and at local schools, these include Tiptoes, Footsteps, the annual Holiday Club and the Christian Club at Highview School.
We take our children’s safety seriously, and all our children’s workers have up-to-date enhanced CRB checks.
